Lindsay Park Public School's Parent and Citizen Association has a long and proud tradition of supporting our school and our children.

If you would like to reach the P&C they can be contacted by email: pandclpps@gmail.com

What does the P&C do?

• Promotes the interest of the school by bringing parents, citizens, students and teaching staff into close cooperation.

• Assists in fundraising activities to raise money for the provision of extra resources for our school

• Encourages parent participation in curriculum and other educational interests in schools.

• Provides a voice for the community on committees and in policy development and reviews.

• Volunteers for school promotional opportunities, operating the canteen, uniform shop and assisting in special events.

P&C Meetings

On the second Tuesday of each month, the P&C meet at Figtree Sports club at 6:30pm. Attending our meetings is a great way to be involved in school activities and keep up to date with what's going on. The atmosphere is open and friendly and we generally cover previous minutes, Treasurer's report, Principal's report and general business. Once a year we hold our Annual General Meeting where we look at our year as a whole & elect the committee.

Membership

Any parent, citizen, or teaching staff who attend a P&C meeting or subcommittee is a member of that P&C. In order to be a voting member, an annual membership fee of $2 must be paid at a P&C or subcommittee meeting, with voting rights to commence at the next meeting.
